4. Virtual Items & Payments

WePlay Chat may offer virtual goods (coins, diamonds, gifts, VIP memberships) for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software within WePlay Chat are owned by WePlay Chat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a license to host, display, and promote it within the platform.
